I make my way in to this shop weekly, if not daily, NOT just for the products. I can buy a lighter, for example, anywhere. My money goes here. For this shop, and ALL of it's employees, makes you feel right at home. Mo prays and blesses over his shops, employees, and customers. I have seen this many times. Went to this location on Monday night and the lady working there was the most amazing person and very friendly she was very quick with her knowledge and talked with with me like she had known me for years as long as she’s there I will be a forever customer

Honestly would have rated five star before this evenings experience. We have stopped in once a week since they opened, for vapes. Tonight like always bought two replacement fogger pods, walked right out to the truck both me and my wife opened them and hooked up to the battery pack. Hers worked mine did not even swapped to her battery to rule out my battery. Walked straight back in with the pod still attached (total of about 45 seconds elapsed) to show them it was defective, and as I have seen others experience in the past, they refused to exchange... I dont fault the employee, he was just following policy but the owner may want to allow some flexibility if he wants to retain customers because tonight he lost 2. My only recommendation if you choose to shop here would be to open everything you purchase right in front of the cashier and test.

The absolute best shop in Frankfort KY The staff here they know how to treat you right they welcome you to the store they notice you when you walk in they don't wait for you to ask for help and if you have a question they are more than ready to help answer it. What stands this place out above the rest they are more interested in what it is you want to buy they don't try to upsell you on anything else other than what you requested but for all of you out there they are more than happy to assist and help you explore and they have a lot to explore here. Walk to walk of many different things. More than a vape shop here lots of collectibles and there's things here that make a really nice gift for those that you need to shop for. I personally don't vape but my family does and I have found a lot of gift items that are really affordable. Unique items for many occasions. Smokers paradise and it comes with top notch friendly staff Awesome 😎👍 to see you and they always say that they appreciate you and welcome you back. We all have to buy our stuff somewhere but here they truly are glad you are here and in today's world that's just a great feeling that they care you chose them. Get on our there walk through this very well taken care of business soon you will be glad you did.

My husband and I frequently patronize this business but after what happened today we will never go back in there. I have a medical service dog and when I walked in with her tonight the owners wife or girlfriend or whatever she is told me to get my dog and get out of her store. I told her it's a medical service dog to which she stated she does not care what she is and if I need her I can wait outside with her. Very very rude nasty attitude on that one. I will find another place to go and spend 50 a day like I do here. My money spends everywhere not just here. Sorry guys you lost a loyal customer today you should really keep people out of the store who have no customer service skills.
