Associate came off as arrogant. Immediately complaining about other associates. Saying he knows what he’s doing and has spent 40k on everything and knows all this and that. Even bringing up his criminal record unprompted which was off-putting and weird. Then in small conversation calls Lagrange a new town and when explaining the history of lagrange and Ky-53 not being a new road, he got upset trying to cut me off. I exited and will not be returning. Very unpleasant experience with someone who talks negatively about associates, some of their product, the town, and brings up his criminal record unprompted and out of the blue without any context in a very off-putting manner. Need to properly train or retire polite and actually knowledgeable people and not pompous kids who think they know everything

Very clean and well stock store. Staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable whenever I'm there!! They're always in a positive mood and happily take on any questions and typically have the answer you're looking for along with some extra info too, which is one of the many reasons that this is my favorite smoke shop in town!!

I've been going here to get legal cannabis products for around 2 years. Every employee I've met is super friendly and always willing to help with any questions you have. Also a very asthetically pleasing shop.

We’ve come to this shop since it opened and didn’t have a bad experience until we were sold a FAKE Labubu for $30 after the cashier assured us it was real: we opened it and it was absolutely a FAKE and he refused to give us our money back. It’s against the law to sell counterfeit items-who knows what other kind of counterfeit things they are selling! Beware!
