Google says they're open on Sundays. They have a big sign lit up saying they're open. You read their hours on the sign In the window it says closed on Sundays. Update your hours of operation. And if you're closed turn off the big "OPEN" sign.

As you can see, I edited my review quite a bit and had to remove certain things because of the space limit. However, one thing about me is that I am never going to let anything go unnoticed, so I took a screenshot and added it to my photos on the review. Now for the important update. I received a call from my bank today, and because I have been consistently following up on this situation, they finally gave me some good news. I am not going to speak to the merchant since it is clear to me that he is a thief, so there is no reason to have any communication with him. The bank informed me that this man submitted the exact same receipt for both disputes I filed, including the identical transaction ID number and timestamp. They apologized for not catching that the first time, but it further supports my claim that I was charged twice. They let me know that they are reopening the case and resolving it in my favor, which means I will finally be getting my money back. I arrived in town today and immediately contacted the Lexington Police Department. I am currently waiting for them to come to me so I can file a fraud report on IYAD H ABRAHAM. At this point, it is no longer just a double charge. I genuinely believe this was intentional and that it is fraud. I am relieved and happy that everything is finally coming to light and moving in my favor. I will continue to update you all with anything else. Original :On September 9, 2025, I visited your shop and purchased two items: a bong and a cleaner. The total was $75.59. During checkout, multiple attempts to run my card resulted in a 504 error. The owner stated the issue was with my bank, which was inaccurate; my bank does not produce that type of error for a decline. Despite the error messages, I later saw that a transaction had in fact been taken from my account. When I mentioned this, the owner turned his screen toward me and stated that no payment had gone through and that, if my bank showed anything pending, it would fall off or could be disputed. Trusting that information, I attempted the purchase one more time. That transaction went through. I was then charged twice for the same purchase. Both transactions ultimately posted. The first transaction, which the owner claimed did not exist in his system, posted immediately. The second posted two days later. In addition, the two transactions did not even appear the same on my bank statement: one was listed as “Exhale 21 smoke,” while the other appeared as “OMO FE Exhale 21.” That discrepancy is a red flag and further suggests that the duplicate charge was not a legitimate single purchase. I initial filed my first dispute for the OMO FE Exhale 21 on 09/12 and thinking it could be the wrong transaction since it posted before the one that went through I disputed the 2nd charge that was labeled Exhale 21 smoke on 09/18. I contacted my bank to dispute the duplicate charge, but both disputes were denied because the merchant submitted documentation claiming both transactions were valid. That is impossible because I only purchased one set of items. Your store’s cameras will confirm this. Providing documentation for two separate purchases that did not occur is fraudulent. I will be returning to next month, and when I do, I will be bringing law enforcement with me to proceed with theft charges against the owner.

I loved going there when the owner was actually working, knowledgeable, friendly, always had me laughing. After today, I won’t be going back. I needed a new vape pen and bought one there about 2 weeks ago. It was expensive (to me) but the young man who sold it to me said if I had a problem, I could return it. Went to do exactly that, plus pick up a cart. The young man behind the counter stuck a random cart on the pen and had me hit it. He saw nothing wrong with it and just stood there looking at me. Okay, moving on, I needed a cart. I can’t read small print more than a few feet away, but he wouldn’t help me check to see if they had what I wanted. I spelled it for him and asked him to please check their inventory. You would have thought I was asking him to actually do his job. Won’t go back.
