There’s a shortage everywhere else because Rafi’s been stockpiling the goods himself for YOUR convenience. The owner is a great man to say the absolute least. Caring, true to his word, geniune, a veteran, and an absolute gentleman to everyone who walks in. A man of the people! The prices are cheaper than anywhere. I like this location because the young lady who works the counter is extremely kind and extremely pretty. A lot more attractive than rafi. God is g∞d. If you don’t come to Rafi’s, then you deserve to misplace your offbrand vape bought at the speedway. Don’t think, just go!

Rafi is the man, this place used to be so overpriced before he bought it. Better inventory, much cleaner, u name it. Rafi brings great energy and wants nothing more than to help students on a budget.
