I have been going to this vape store probably they longest I do mean they longest maybe but I moved to Lexington 3 years ago and fell in love with the great customer service and the peices well that new girl is over charging people I come there and have been smoking the same vape juice the twist saltnick and there two for $25. With tax there $27. And some change well when it's just here out there she will and has over charged me she. charged me $35. The one time then charged me $31.00 the next she charged me $10. For a pod that $5. And some change with tax like she only does it when there is no other workers around and I even had her call him one day to see the price months prior she charged me $ 90 for two twist bottles oil and 1 vaprossa pod and two of the $6 dollar pre rolls like damn I work so much and have been coming there awhile like the guy who always there he know me and wife this the dude with tattoos on face that work at McDonald's like but it's me stad off ish to come there and get charged more than I should that why I started comeing there 3 years ago but non idk I'm looking for new place now

Best place in town.Hands down I don't usually do reviews but it's hard not to when they are they nicest and cleanest place I have been in. Show them some love and stop bye.

Granted this place is close enough to the Methadone Clinic to be super convenient, it’s def not the only reason I prefer Prime over any other head shop in Lex! I live on the complete other side of town, drive right past the overrated Botany Bay & several other head/vape shops on the drive. Their prices are reasonable, & if you can show the guy (it should be cheaper, etc) he will haggle with you 100%. I wanted a tank of Nitrous which came up to around $60 & change, I showed him my wallet saying (Damn..all I have is a $50, thanks anyways man) & as I was walking out he was like “Wait wait wait! Come back, I’ll do $50. Next time my friend, etc etc” So I thought that was cool! They may not speak much English, but they all genuinely seem helpful.

Very very very disappointed in this store. I absolutely love going into vape stores, because usually everyone i go into i get greeted, talked too, an get treated with respect. But this store? Worse service I have ever had. I've been to this store quite a few times, an each time just sucks, and just keeps getting worse. I'm not sure if the guy that is always working is the boss, or even the owner, but I don't care. He is always on his phone talking to his wife or whoever it is, an when I'm trying to get help I can barely get his attention. It's always just a big mess. My boyfriend an I always go in there an spend $60 or more each time, but after today's service with him I believe today was our last going in there. Definitely! It was so bad, that the other customers that were in there had to come to me to ask me questions, because this dude couldn't get off his phone for 5-10minutes just to help us. We are definitely disappointed, and we aren't going back to this place until the customer service is fixed! Zero star rating! 🅾️
