Love this smoke shop. Always friendly and happy to help with any questions you may have. I absolutely love their cigar selection! They have a great verity for all price ranges.

Every single time I've gone in there, every employee has been helpful, nice, and informative. Learned tonight you need to burp butane lighters before refilling them, especially if they are new lighters. Also, my preferred smoke is pipe... I believe the person was the owner as we talked about the pipe smoking events they used to do at the KY State Fair, but he introduced me to my new go-to cigar when I decide to go cigar for the night. I firmly believe in sharing positive experiences, as much as negative... both are valid and help a businesses grow. Products can be bought at a number of places, but my experiences here mean it's the employees that have me returning. That I can talk with them and joke with them. So if the owner does read this, keep it up.

Don’t buy Ooze vape pen(s) there. I have bought 2 that died within a few days so I decided to register them for the warranty. When I tried to register mine the serial number did not work. I contacted Ooze and the ones sold at this store are counterfeit. I went to another store and the same thing was boxed whereas they are not boxed at this store, serial number confirmed on Ooze site and registered from another store. The only reason this store got 3 stars is because they’re very nice and friendly. Might want to stop telling people that they can register these online though because that's how you get caught up. If this store responds to my review and says they’re sorry and aren’t selling fakes, etc., etc. I’m calling BS on that right now before I’m told I’m wrong.

The staff is always so nice and helpful and they always have a great selection of products to choose from.
