Absolutely foul customer service. The pleasantries and friendly demeanor from the store owner seemed to evaporate when I hadn't bought anything in the 7 minutes that I was there. The owner told me "I don't like when people just look around and do not buy". The guy tried kicking me out and implied that he was taking his lunch break, when I go to leave another patron walked in and he had no issue with them entering the store. I suppose I made the owner frustrated with my "looking around" and that warranted me being escorted out as if I was attempting to steal. Sad.

Amazing, staff is always wonderful, above and beyond anywhere else. they will keep everything you need in stock. And if they don't have something you need they will get it!! Definitely my favorite smoke shop in all of Louisville
