These people are the absolute best! Always friendly and helpful of course, but they went above and beyond when I dropped 100 dollar bill in the store. None of the employees took it! After reviewing the cameras, they saw I dropped it and the next time I went in they gave it back. Best shop in town for customer service A+++++

Amazing store!! Great prices!! Staff is super knowledgeable. Always helpful and smiling!! You receive one on one help with anything you need to know. Staff is also available by phone for troubleshooting on any product they sell !! THIS IS A "MUST GO TO STORE" !!!

Wide selection but the THC products are very hit or miss. Clean store and generally friendly staff, unless you're inquiring about the return policy lol. All sales are final which is not the fault of employees of course. I personally even wouldn't be offended by this if the products weren't consistently inconsistent. It is disappointing when products often have manufacturer/shipment related issues and seemingly the same suppliers are being used, especially with no refunds or exchanges. They're an okay option if you're limited for travel, but unfortunately not worth it at all if you're on a budget, as you will have to waste some money to find products you like, as is the experience generally and not a fault of this establishment of course, on top of the unique experience I've found here of those "good products" also being consistently inconsistent.

They know their products inside and out, and they’ll steer you right every time. The selection is hands-down the best around. Whatever you’re looking for, they’ve got it, and probably in five different versions you didn’t know existed. And the prices? Somehow they stay lower than anywhere else without cutting corners. If you want a shop where you’re treated well, helped by people who know their stuff, and never overpay, Smoker’s Castle is the place.
