This level of customer service is rare these days, and it's saved me countless trips driving 30 minutes downtown to the only other vape store I knew carried what I needed. The fact that he listens to customer requests and actually follows through speaks volumes about how much he values his clientele. What makes this place even more special is that it's run by two brothers. One manages the vape shop and the other runs Royals Liquor right next door. They work together seamlessly to provide an exceptional customer experience. For example, I love a particular brand of apple juice, and whenever the vape shop happens to be out of stock, the owner simply calls his brother next door, and within minutes, he brings over my apple juice. It's this kind of teamwork and dedication that makes you feel like you're not just a customer, but part of their extended family. The shop itself is well-stocked with a wide variety of vape products, accessories, and supplies. The selection is impressive, the prices are fair, and the quality of products is consistently good. Great people. They always have our stuff ready from behind the counter by time we make it to the counter. Fast and friendly and super knowledgeable and very helpful.

The counter man was very helpful making a selection and offering suggestions. They play great background music too. Wide selection and very fair pricing. Parking is easy and they are conveniently located.
