VIP Smoke Shop - Bardstown Rd

Went in for the first time ever, very stocked up, nice and clean store! The guy who was running the place was very helpful & knowledgeable about products! Great prices & I will be back!!

So this smoke shop is v Ty convenient for myself and I end up running up there when I’m in dire need. I have spent a lot of money here and mainly for just one thing… vape batteries… everytime I have been satisfied with my purchases due to customer service, but this time was not the case. He denied Reed us when we opened the door and he was on a phone call that was more important than answering a customers question. He was very short with me and didn’t give me the time of day. Basically blew me off as if I were an idiot. I then told him I was ready to check out he seemed very bothered by the fact, and I thought to myself what the heck. As I pay for my stuff I walk out I noticed candles and some me, and my friends started smelling them. He sat there and watched me and my friend the entire time like we were going to steal the candles. I am absolutely appalled by his behavior. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t thinking something that wasn’t happening, so I asked my friend which she thought about that guy and she again thought he was pretty rude and that’s no way to treat a customer. I will not be back. I will make sure all my friends know that he is a rude and he is definitely singling people out. I couldn’t tell you the amount of money. I have spent your well over $1000 and I’m there at least twice a month if not more the prices are high but any other time when that guy isn’t working all the other workers have been very nice and helpful and all my questions he seemed like he could not answer not one couldn’t even act like he knew what he was talking about. I am just lost for words at the behavior I received.

I can't recommend VIP Smoke Shop enough! Henry makes every visit a great experience. He is so welcoming and informative, and you can tell he really knows his stuff and believes in the products he sells. His welcoming smile is just the icing on the cake. This is my go-to shop from now on. Thank you, Henry!

I have to say ,I travel to many of these VIP vape shops and as a Google local guide, I absolutely suggest you check one of these shops out in particular the one here in Bardstown Kentucky, very friendly staff , great deals every week , the inventory will blow your mind. This smoke shop is amazing it was a new place for me lucky i was in the area and i needed a vape googled smoke shops so i saw vip they had to be good they aren’t just good they are the best best best smoke shop i have been to i will always come back to them oh yea best thing they have unbelievable deals on their vapes 1vape for $5 they are good vapes and other deals you definitely need to stop by them when you can
