Royal Smokes

Went on a Sunday online says they open at noon the door says they open at noon got there at 12:15 and the shops was still closed. I don't know what it is about vape shops and being Incompetent but they seem to go hand and hand Edit. Tried to give this place another shot once again they are closed in the middle of the day when they say they are open. I have been here a couple time when they are actually open and they seem very friendly and professional but in my opinion there's no excuse to close your store in the middle of they day

Great shop, The customer service is amazing. The guy working there Moshe (i’m sure I’m not spelling that right, sorry Moshe!) was so incredibly kind and helpful. I wasn’t familiar with the juices and he opened up so many for me to smell, he was really insistent upon helping me find the exact one. Where Most sales people make you feel like you are wasting their time, he made me feel like he was genuinely enjoying helping me. That kind of customer service is rare and sets this shop apart. Excellent prices as well, I will definitely be back!

I LOVE this place. I work in Nicholasville and this is my go to shop now. The gentlemen in here are so nice and knowledgeable. The layout isn't overstimulating, it's very clean and open with a LOT of variety. ✨💕✨ I'm a real anxious person, they helped me out so much.
