If I could give zero stars I sure would!!! Terrible service with the dumbest policy I’ve ever heard. bought a disposable vape that I literally opened 30 feet outside of the door 30 seconds after purchasing that once opened had juice pouring out of it and covered the entire vape. I immediately walked right back inside and was told there was nothing they could do because I walked out of the store so it was out of their hands due to some policy that they encourage you to open the vape inside I WAS NEVER ONCE TOLD THIS! Had I been told I would’ve opened the vape inside no problem! He Told me to throw the vape away since it was faulty I picked out a vape thinking it would replace the vape I just bought and he tried to charge me an additional $25!!!!! So I literally dug the vape out of the trash can he told me to put it in and left with a disgusting vape with vape juice all over it and unusable and out $25! He was incredibly rude and disrespectful and when I told him to contact his boss he “couldn’t get anyone on the phone” THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND IN YOUR BEST INTEREST I HOPE THEY LOSE YOURS TOO

Very disappointed, been going to cloud 9 for awhile, well long story short. I purchased a $160 vaporizer from this store location, got home and opened the box not even 30min later to try the product, the product doesn't work. I immediately called up up to the store where they informed me I wasnt allowed to get my product replaced or refunded and I would have to contact the company who makes the product now... thanks for wasting a valuable customers time. Just like that. I will no longer being doing business with Cloud 9.

I recently went to Cloud 9 for a particular vape salt. They didn’t have the mg of nicotine that I wanted so I opted for another brand. After paying and using 100 of their points for $5 off, I got to my car and realized they gave me vape juice instead of vape salts. I went back in right then and wanted a refund so I could go to the other location and buy what I needed for my devise. I was told, 1 minute after I bought it that I could not have a refund even though they sold me the wrong stuff! I was appalled and will NEVER go back to any of their locations again. I could understand their policy if I had waited any length of time to return the juice but I had literally just walked out and came right back to correct the mistake. This place is a joke!

Went into the shop and asked for a vape battery to help my dad quit smoking. The cashier recommended a vape for me and sold it to me. The vape turns out is for cannabis products not tobacco not what I asked for it all. 5 minutes later I walk back in and ask for a refund and not only will they not provide a refund they were rude. Be careful shopping here the staff will not help you if you do not know what to buy in fact they will take advantage of you and your ignorance of how vaping works.

Only came here because my sister told me of the rewards program and said I need to stop using disposables since I'm spending to much money on disposables. On September 18 I was waited on by a girl with long brown curly hair, wearing glasses and a black hoodie. I purchased 2 Novos and 2 premium e liquids for a total of $114 and change. She asked if I would like help setting them up and I said yes! The first 2 bottles we couldn't get unscrewed so she grabbed 2 more and we were still having the same issues. 2 customers came in and couldn't get them unscrewed either. I called my sister who uses the same liquids all the time and she said we shouldn't be having that much trouble as their is obviously a manufacturer issue. She asked if they could be exchanged since I haven't even left the store and I was told no. So here I am with 2 new novos and 2 juices that I can't open! Thanks!
