Owner of the store was unprofessional. Instead of asking please no pictures, she got nasty and ugly about it. Even though the whole time video call was going on as well as no signs posted stating no photography of any kind. And then she had the nerve to toss the cigars on the counter. And copped an attitude. I would not recommend going to the store unless you want to be chewed out for no reason.

Used to buy all my tobacco products here. I wanted a vapor machine and i have used them in past i purchased the lite 40 which is 29.99 plus a 6$ liquid . The machine char broiled the liquid and wasnt properly functioning. I took it to the smoke shop a day later and the ladies questioned me like i was lying to them stating it was a used machine now..like duh thats how i know it doesnt work..oh ya and they stated they also owned same machine with no issue..but heck im the customer so why antagonize me i didnt ask for a refund i wanted a working machine . The ladies to come back when owner is available.i did call him and spoke to him he informed me the almost 40$ piece junk i purchased is my problem and i can return it to china i was informed by the store owner who just lost my loyal business..customer service is non existant in today world and this store is no exception i guarantee if the worker or owner purchased a defective product from a store they would expect it to be exchanged ? But i guess that doesnt apply for their business. So 100$ plus a month just left your business that i spend their .
