Up-N-Smoke

Complete rip off. Bought 3 vapes and immediately all 3 wouldn't stop blowing smoke and then crapped out completely. I literally was opening one up as i walked out of the store and turned immediately around and they said because i walked past the door threshold they won't take them back. Total scam. Throw away your defective products instead of trying to screw over your customers.

Guy sold my mom a beautiful turtle got home unwrapped from plastic he wrapped and it's broke no pieces in my wrapper will not exchange lost our business

The guy sold me a vape that tasted old and he didn’t even try to switch for a different one even though he said that one may be defective. His body language said leave so that’s exactly what I did. I should’ve known something was up with the vape because it was only $10 for 7000 puffs and good vapes normally cost at the very least $20

Won't go anywhere else. Knowable, helpful and excellent customer service. Went above and beyond addressing a product issue that not many shops would do. Very refreshing these days. Ron

Very friendly employees and very helpful they have all kinds of pipes bongs stuff that you would hide your money drugs that kind of stuff that you would want nobody to find Light cans bottles of water but they're empty. They had anything that you could possibly want except stuff for vaping I think they had three or four different kinds of liquids that was it I would have thought that they would have had many different liquids but they didn't they had a few mods they focus a lot on the hemp type stuff in oil the store was very clean and again the woman working was very very friendly and tried her best to help me with what I needed but they just didn't sell it. The only reason I gave it a five-star is because there are people that like the bongs the glass pipes stuff like that and if that is what you were looking for you could not find a better store.
