I’ve always loved going to the store, but now it’s uncomfortable With the new management/ownership Every time I go in there the Guy comes from the back room like I’m bothering him. It’s always very shady stuff

I appreciate the wide range of products at this store, but my experiences with customer service have been disappointing. The staff member I've encountered is consistently rude and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome. Additionally, I've noticed that prices are significantly higher than other stores nearby. While the products may be good, poor customer service has led me to decide I won't be returning. You should really be nice to your customers since they're the ones keeping you in business.

Went here for a hookah setup and the older gentleman behind the counter was very nice and helpful. The store has a broad assortment of things you’d expect from a smoke shop along with some things you don’t see at other places. Honestly the best one I’ve been to yet out of about a half dozen others.

I like this place. It the only place that had the type of leaf that I want it I just moved to this area and they have a great selection of things that fits my needs. I had to edit my review. I have been here eight months now and it seems like this store is price gouging because I will come in here one day and the product that I need will be almost $10 when it is on the usual around seven dollars. I started to buy from another store, but I have just started to buy from the manufacturer now because half of the products are stale, but they are trying to up the price because people are starting to use this product

I have been going to this vape shop religiously since my first time walking in. The staff is very well informed, professional, and relatable. The main worker there is Rocky and he is hands down the best vape store worker I have ever met. There’s is also a guy named Joe and he is awesome too. Their whole staff is amazing and has always made me feel welcome. I would highly recommend coming here for all your smoking or vaping needs!
