I stopped by today to pick up a new set of coils. I said the word burners instead of coils and was kind of scoffed at by what seemed to be the new girl working the counter. Was also told e-juice could not be used in my Smok novo-4 when I know both ejuice and nic-salts can both be used. From their web site either regular or Nic-salt juices can be used. The guy that was in there was very helpful and corrected her on the knowledge part with e-juice. She seeemed alittle rude but everyone has bad days. I left her a tip anyways! Brighten up Miss, and don't scoff at your customers making them feel like they don't know what they're talking about. Our lives don't revolve around vaping... it's only to quit smoking. Keep ya head up!😁

Very helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable about all the different juice formulations and what I might change to fix my issue of taste and burned coils. Even has raw nicotine to dose the juice correctly. I guess bc she doesn't vape any more she has to be well informed.

The lady who works or owns the place is sweet but they arent very knowledgeable. I asked to buy cbd oil and a vape. I paid 80.00 for a bottle of cbd that cant be used in a vape and I bought a vape i cant use ....returns arent accepted and I'm out all that money. Very disappointed. In response...I did return and was told it was the vape I was sold, that the battery was not strong enough. I was then sold another vape for additional cost and it didnt work. I contacted the manufacturer of the CBD tincture you sold me for 80 and they told me that is strictly drops to be placed under the tongue. I then purchased a bottle of the CBD vape juice and it worked.
