He's always open, always friendly, and always has what I go in looking for. Half the time he runs bulk discounts on vapes which saves me quite a bit of money and he'll give me an Alibaba candy bar! 😄

I bought a battery for a cartridge and it didn’t turn on at all. I went back and he swapped it for a different one and said it will take 4 hours to fully charge. I charged it for almost six hours and put my cartridge on to use it and it only worked for about 2 seconds and shut off. It did this multiple times. I called and asked if I could bring it in for a refund the following day and was told to come in he would work something out. I get there the following day and was told they don’t do refunds and won’t swap it out either. Wasted a trip there and I’m stuck with a broken pen. Super disappointed because I’ve been going here since opening! I also frequent their other locations. Will not be returning!

We come here often. Weekly. Buy hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. We’re on a time schedule due to my husband’s job. Plus we drive 35-40 minute drive one way just to come here. We arrived at 9am. 5 people waiting along with us and 10am came along and no one here to open.

I would reccomend this store to anybody looking for quality smoking accessories and Tobacco products. Very nice selection of glass and Hookahs. Some very exotic looking pieces as well for those interested in that. •Very friendly staff here. •Staff are knowledgable of products. •No waiting in line for long. •Good location. •Fair prices. •Great variety of products.
