3 times higher prices, when I asked about such prices that person became rude and told me to buy from another store if you get for a lesser price.

Called about a disposable and the man on the phone gave me the rudest attitude and told me to “just come in and look”. Didn’t even go in because it sounded like he was too busy watching TV over the phone anyway.

Awesome store with great customer service. Straight down to earth people. They provide your tobacco needs and if they don't have what you need they'll do their best to accommodate you. The best by far.

This is the most amazing vape/tobacco shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to countless across the country let alone when I was in the army. The staff is extremely helpful and can brighten even the worst days as soon as you walk in. They are very patient and informative and have a great exchange policy when it comes to buying a vape. I highly recommend this vape shop for anyone and everyone I have been to every vape shop in mandeville and Covington and this is the one that tops them all. The only downside is I can’t give 10 stars because they have earned it.

I really loved this place when we walked in and the woman at the counter was so friendly and funny and great to talk to but apparently if you don’t like a product after you buy it you have to return it “one or two days after you buy it” (owners words) otherwise they tell you no and you aren’t informed of any return policy before or while purchasing anything so now we have a product that is not going to be used nor has been used that it going to sit around my house because “it’s not the products fault” that my supplies i planned to put in it didn’t fit (which i would’ve never known until i got home). i bought something on sunday and haven’t had a chance to go out and errand run until today and it’s sad to know that just 4 days later i’m not allowed to return something that doesn’t work for me and still contains every single piece that came with the product in its plastic still.
