Horrible service, extremely loud/vulgar radio and all of the glassware are very cheap looking...if your looking for quality dont waist your time

She didn’t just “ring me up.” She demonstrated actual product knowledge, operational fluency, and patience—attributes that are painfully rare in this industry. She broke down the science behind multiple items without making it complicated or condescending, which is a customer-service win in any vertical. The store has a deep inventory—vape gear, accessories, and a whole ecosystem of products you don’t realize you need until you see them. Most stores have staff who don’t know the basics. Today, I dealt with someone who clearly understands the product suite and takes pride in delivering a high-touch interaction.
