Not going back. Too many defective buys with no refunds or exchanges. They're regularly out of vapes.There's other places that will at least try to work with you when they have issues. Never once from here.

I like them for the most part everybody is always nice only thing I don’t like is just beware that if you purchase from them and you get a defective item they won’t allow you to even exchange it. I understand no refunds but no even exchange with the receipt and if it’s a defective issue on their end is kinda crazy but besides that it’s a decent place. But just cuz of the return policy I may stick to Zaza since they do allow even exchanges but if you don’t care about that type of stuff this place is good.

Today I was in the store had a great experience and was able to get all the products that was need great customer service I was definitely be back again Shelby was the clerk

Came in about a week ago, saw a Uwell Tenet Caliburn that I thought was cool as hell. I have never used a coil system and the young lady was extremely patient with me, taught me how, found me the juice that I wanted(grape and more grape) and never stopped being the most polite person ever! I have anxiety and she made it so easy to shop there and that’s rare for me. I will make this my store! Thanks so much!
