Best smoke shop in the area? It's the ONLY smoke shop downtown, and if you're walking you'd expect them to be open when they say they are. Twice now they've been closed before 7pm, so I don't appreciate that they were closed by 6:38pm. I don't believe the UPS driver was very pleased either. They're overpriced, the staff IS extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable so therefore three stars. 20 minutes dude? You missed out on two customers...

The five star rating is due to this business serving the downtown community. The staff is capable and courteous. They represent the quality befitting downtown Shreveport. Every customer is treated as though they are valued. I am fortunate to be in close proximity, and happily bypass a lesser qualified, and less upstanding, merchandiser to go to Smokers City for my convenient needs.
I have never had problems with the store or its owner. Great service! Always respectful and reasonable. The store manage is always nice and smile whenever you go inside. He is very welcoming. The store has a variety of products you can purchase.
