Very poor customer service. EXTREMELY RUDE! Low quality tobacco products. Zero stars! After selling me a stale cigar I asked to choose a different one before leaving the store and he told me “hurry up, I don’t have time for this” after receiving my money. Also being the only customer in the store. I asked for a refund immediately and he refused. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE (STOP SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION) go to the CIRCLE K ACROSS THE STREET. AS LONG AS U SPEND YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE OR THE PRODUCT QUALITY BEING SOLD!

Outstanding service, hands down. They have the best deals and top-tier customer service, and they truly work with you. I came in stressed because I was having phone issues, and the owner went above and beyond by letting me use the hotspot so I could make a payment. What started as a stressful situation turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a vape shop. If you need anything, this is the place to go.

It's ok for a little neighbor vape /tobacco spot. It closes at 10 pm every night. It would be nice if it were open a little later, at least on weekends. There's one guy, AB? - I think that's his name- is always fussing at me about keeping the incense stand neat and telling me I should "say less" but meaning more like "no actually 🤫 shh" idk I think he's kinda funny but some people may not & would say he's moody. I do appreciate the other guy, --I have no clue his name but-- he ordered more incense flavor variety for me. Finally got Dream Caster & it's one of my favorites. I would recommend this spot during the day for some folks. The incense should be 4 for $1, IMO just easier math 😺

Amazing customer service! Plenty of items to choose from and some stuff you didn’t even know about lol! Prices are good! I will definitely be back and buying more stuff soon! It’s so cute!
