Mr Smiley Smoke Shop

Employees don't listen to customers, and clearly don't care. I walked in and the lady was on her phone doesn't greet or acknowledge me until she was finished with her phone. I was told over the phone that they had my product, when I got there they didn't have it. I went out of my way because I live 30 minutes out, I called ahead to make sure I wasn't wasting my time and money..This was my first and only time coming here.

This place is bad is just junk. I used to come here buying disposable vapes every other week, I purchased vape last week and it stopped working at half charge and half juice…… went back to see if I can swap it out for another one or at least get half off for new one. Girl told me “what you want me to do about it” lmfao what?! I will never go here again and would definitely never recommend this place to anyone.

This is crazy I spent over $50 dollars in the store I'm really upset and never will buy anything from here anymore i brought Arabic air freshener for a gift for someone they didn't like the smell and I tried to switch it out and I wasn't able to do so the product was not even used. I also wanted to go back and purchase more but due to the other air freshener having an amazing smell but the inconvenience of me not being able to, at least exchange the product. I don't wanna buy anymore of the product from the store. I hope the owner come up with a better solution for his product

Worst smoke shop in Slidell. Horrible customer service. Over priced. Sells dud disposable vapes and does not care to fix it. If I could give negative stars that would be a more accurate rating

I bought two vapes. Ones a disposable and the other is also a disposable that charges. One is not real and the other melted in my mouth. I spent 52$ and I was just wondering if I could get a refund. I love this shop. Workers are super nice and friendly. I just don’t want to not get refunded because I didn’t get to the shop in time before it closed.
