Sunset Smoke Shop

I have been doing business with this shop for a few years now, and to see the negative reviews on here is mind blowing. I have never received anything but exceptional service and quality product for excellent prices. The owner, Mike, has always made it a point to come out and speak to me, and he’s always so nice and helpful. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop, I highly recommend everyone to check it out. You definitely won’t be disappointed! If I could leave more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

I walked in walked around for 2 minutes, a customer popped in and she waited on him first. The guy knew I was there first but didn't do the righteous move and took forever. It most likely was a gaslighting setup with the locals, because normal people don't do that.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service i have ever experienced, the employee SO beyond incredibly rude. The first time it happened I chalked it up to her having a bad day, but read these reviews and you'll see that's just how she is to every one. I used to shop here a lot, they do have a great selection, but the young woman working there is awful and acts like you're being there and asking her for anything is just a huge inconvenience to her. For the past six months I have avoided stopping here at all, but it's the most convenient for me given the location so I have stopped in a couple of times. And I regret it literally every single time. This was it though, they will never receive another dollar from me. Do yourself a favor, find another vape shop

This place is terrible. I have another complaint to add to the pile of complaints about the rude young lady who works the counter. I had the misfortune of dealing with her a little while ago, when I needed help with some hardware I had purchased from Sunset Smoke Shop the day before. It was obviously a display unit, and I bought it right before the shop was closing. I went home and went to bed, since it was late. The next morning, I opened the box to check out my purchase, and sure enough, it was missing several accessories. I stopped by Sunset after work that day (less than 24 hours after I purchased it) and spoke with the same young lady who had sold me the hardware previously. She had no problem believing me, so good on her there, but everything after that was a disaster. I was ready to just leave the place and file a charge back with my bank at that point, which is what I should have done. This employee argued with me about which accessories were missing, even though the easily-available, included documentation clearly lists everything that is supposed to be in the kit. Rather than accepting a return (mind you, I had never used any of what I bought at this point) and giving me a new, unopened kit (which is what she should have done in the first place rather than selling me the display unit), she fumbled around looking for the replacement accessories individually. She got on a video call with the owner of the store for about 10 minutes, started arguing with him, and by this point, I was able to help her locate exactly what was missing. A few rude words later, I got what I paid for and should have received in the first place. The employee never offered any apology or explanation, and made it seem like I was the one in the wrong for mildly inconveniencing her by asking to get what I paid for. I had to help her figure it out and she was still very rude and combative with me. After 2 trips and a lot of wasted time, I ended up getting what I was supposed to get (besides the hassle and rudeness that I don't recall signing up for), but this was an ordeal and a terrible experience. I will never be back to this shop as long as this employee is still there. I don't think the owner cares, based on the other reviews and the lack of a response or any action from the owner. Avoid this place unless you're a cop trying to shut them down, in which case I say, "go for it".

I love this shop and it's the only one I go too. I am a frequent shopper, so I have gotten to know Lexi the clerk and even the owner. When I go in there we are having such a good time laughing and talking until I have to say I have to go! They always have anything I need and if they don't the owner make sure I get it bringing things from his other store location. Good people and I love the service. Heeey Lexi!
