The guy who made the sale with me the night of wasn't the problem, the problem is the lady who got on the phone with me today the following day, I went home to charge the vape as it came in the box with 0% and I didn't want to hang out at the store because I had a curfew at 10:00, I go home charge The vape to 50%, and the thing doesn't pull, I pulled it so hard I felt like I was going to suck my brain out of my head and pull my lungs out of my chest cavity and the things still didn't pull. I called them today to ask if I can get a refund and they hang up on me and absolutely refuse me any form of service and we're very escalated in high volume with their voices on the phone. Do not buy a vape from here

This place is a gem in the neighborhood! It’s got everything you need for daily essentials like snacks, drinks, household items, you name it and the service is always friendly and reliable. Came in to grab cigarettes and energy drink today. Was very stressed because of tough life situation, was slightly disoriented. Asked cashier where drinks were, got one, asked for L&M cigarettes. Presented to cashier my Green Card as ID, she couldn’t understand what was that. Then she couldn’t understand what cigarettes I wanted. Okay I got it, I’m foreigner and speak with accent. But the most ridiculous and pathetic thing was when she ran out after me on the streets to complain to my husband about my “rudeness”! What rudeness?! I haven’t said ANY rude word to her! Maybe I wasn’t speaking clear enough or wasn’t fast enough but that’s it. And going out to complain about customers to their friends or relatives is something BEYOND my understanding. I also work and earn money to spend at your store and I get THIS? I wish you to be fired. Service is horrible.

My cashier is always friendly and polite, dressed appropriately with a welcoming smile, and she always has our orders ready as we approach the counter. I have had a fantastic experience at THIS store . The customer service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The store was impeccably clean. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I highly recommend Red Rocket Smoke shop . It has been such a fantastic experience completely different than it was even last year !

I bought cigarettes there yesterday and opened them today they was Stale and the tobacco was like fine powder I went to the store today to see if I can Exchange them for another pack or a different pack and they said that they don’t do refunds so everyone watch out when buying cigarettes there there old and out dated and they don’t watch their inventory I don’t keep track of the products they get selling out dated cigarettes
