These guys are great.. every time I walk in, they know exactly what im getting b4 I ask!.. therrs always help available...and never a wait to check out even if its busy. They keep a full staff on at all times...and have tons of those portable card wipers to check u out so theres no wait if the registers are being used! Positive vibes..great ppl😁

Sold me a water damged vape still in plastic came back an hour later to exchange and was told no because it looked perfect in the plastic on camera. Employees were nice but owner is garbage.

Received the worst customer service there today. I brought a vape there about a week ago, used it once and it wasn’t heating correctly. Burnt my whole pod (I let it sit for a day before using it) I was told if anything was wrong I could return it. So I went to return it today, was told that I couldn’t and it must be the pod. The staff then proceeded to talk about me like I was in the wrong. The male behind the counter took my extra pod that was unused so he could try it himself then tried to charge me for a new pod. Still have the vape that is unusable, lost a pod in the process. I’m extremely disappointed with your current staff.

The young lady is just another cashier that didn't know much about anything in there, in my opinion. When I go somewhere like that to buy something, I would expect them to be knowledgeable about what they are selling and not just read the container and tell you what it says.
