Golden Cave Tobacco-Vape-Hookah

Makes me sad to write this review. I stayed visiting these guys even after they changed locations. Neighbor for 5+ years. Recently bought disposable vape here that immediately exploded. The first time, I returned it to the store and was offered a new one but no refund. I accepted the new one since that was the only option. One week later, I came back because the “new” vape exploded on my jacket. I can’t get the sticky feeling out of the pocket even after washing it. So I brought the broken one. They offered me $5 off anything in the store, when my original purchase was $30.Usually one of these lasts me 3 weeks, but I’m back with the broken one 1 week later and they refuse to offer any better. As a restaurant server, I’m expected to fix way more for unhappy guests and this was really a sad and disappointing experience. Even after all this time, I’ll never be back because of the lack of generosity I experience when trying to repair the error.

Im so impressed with this smoke shop but very impressed with the owner He sits in his chair on the side where his guest are and made me feel welcomed. I’ve been to a lot of smoke shops but known with the knowledge of their merchandise. When I tried to think of the name of the product I wanted I gave him 2 words and went right to the product and was right on point I was so impressed because I’d been to other shops and no one had a clue to what I was looking for. I was beginning to think it didn’t exist. Everyone I go in and he’s there he makes me wanna come back again abd again. Extremely impressed and he definitely has exceptional guest service. I was beginning to think good guest service was a lost art and this owner proved me wrong.

I didn't want to go to this place at first because they took over the spot of my favorite kabob place but after my first visit I LOVE this place!!! VERY nice owners. Real neighborhood feel. Great selection of everything. Amazing customer service!!!

Great service a variety of selection and very cheap also. Even has a selection of natural oils and incense.
