So. I purchased a vape & realized when I home I had been sold a refill by mistake. How about I went back DAYS later (bc I was so busy) to buy a pre roll (they have excellent pre rolls btw) anywho back to the review.. I took a chance I took the refill vape cartridge back & explained what happened & boom ! They gave me a whole new vape & sincerely apologized for the mixup.. I was so surprised bc these days store owners seem to only care about money & not the community they serve . But not here. the customer service was TOP TIER!! This is the only place I’m gonna spend my money from now on. Period! Customer service is NOT dead IN BMORE ! It’s very much alive @ GOTHAM CITY! 💨💨💨💨💨

Stopped in for a dab bucket, employee had no idea what I was talking about. "If you don't see it we don't got it" was what I was told. No good selection of glass, any glass here is mass produced China glass. Basic run of the mill smoking accessory shop with more floor space than product. Go to Shockers on Harford rd if you're looking for an actual head shop

Bought a pack of king sized Raw cones, $3. That's all I bought and the cashier called me sir. Good prices and courteousness.
