I am discouraged from writing my review because I cannot by memory recall the girls name that helped me behind the counter. My receipt says cashier Mohammed Al-Anesi and that is not her most likely the owners name. I stopped in after eating next door at Miss Shirley’s. I was about to take my first family vacation to Florida. I was in need of a battery/pen and found a great Purple color Yocan Wulf Kodo Pro. I gotta say $41 was reasonable considering the other pens cost $10-$20 but are extremely temporary and you will lose more cart than anything. I learned a long time ago you need the correct product plus the correct tool :) Customer Service was worthy of a nice review! I am sad I do not know her name so I can properly shout her out. I was there 12/26 @ 1:10 in the afternoon. I am very outgoing and also know how to sell. I was quite impressed with this girl that helped me her customer service was admirable I hope she is treated fairly and compensated accordingly she is the light of the store. Keep her and treat her well :)

First of all, LOVED the customer experience I had today. I totally forgot the cashier’s name (she had a green (my favorite color) pixie cut and piercings😊) but she was so friendly, down to earth, and helped me find the stem that I needed. I drive past this shop everyday on my way home from but never had a chance to go in. I loved how AFFORDABLE everything is compared to the county. I will DEFINITELY be coming back! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Horrible customer service by the female cashier. She was very rude and nasty when I wanted different cigars. The owner was understanding but wasn’t there. So the cashier had the ultimate say. I bought a Cohiba Black spent about $70 total and she was super rude. Next time I will take my money somewhere else and u should too.
