I've been going here for years to get the same products I always do and am now writing a review for the first time. The customer service here is awesome, and I feel I can have some great connections with all the employees. There is an awesome selection of products, and even if you want, you can ask the owner, Mr. Qadir to be able to stock a particular product you are looking for. I asked Mr. Qadir to stock mushroom gummies since I wanted to buy them every now and then, and that I thought they would sell well. He got them in, and always has them. Big shouts out to Mr. Dunbar as well. He is the taller gentleman with the glasses who typically works the evening shift. Talking with him is always a pleasure. This is a contaminated geekbar pulsex. I don’t know if this was a used and refilled one. There is this defect of white crumbling stuff at the switch and it is restricting to move to open. I showed this to seller the young guy with curly hair in hat and wearing mask. He refused to replace it. I can’t tell if this is asbestos or anything harmful. Won’t be coming here again.

Do not recommend. 42 dollar waste. Bought a dispo, unusable, doesn't charge. But I guess that's why they have that sign of no exchanges or refunds that they didn't hesitate to point at even though it was bought two minutes before. Never risking my money there again. There is a note that wasn't mentioned until I DID try to bring it back to exchange. I was told "Well actually we have a no refund no exchange policy...All I can recommend is calling the number on the box if there's one" Which there wasn't, not that they could've helped. I didn't even demand a refund, I just wanted the other type since I was given faulty product. I cannot check the charging port before leaving. So what do you mean?

I went it to the store and I was greeted immediately. The staff knows their products very well and also makes suggestions according to my likes and I am very picky. The staff let me take my time to figure out what I wanted and did not rush me. 10/10 would come back!

Came in looking for a couple cigars to smoke with some buds and found some nice affordable ones; though the store worker told me that they would also be getting some premium ones in sometime next week. Snapped a couple pics of the place, they have a really diverse range of products (including hookah, which I've never tried but now I really want to as they are really nice looking). Definitely better than the last smokeshop I've been at, I intend on returning and would recommend.
