Today I went up there I don’t like that employee attitude He was on the phone and didn’t want to help really and I asked for some prices Y’all need to do better learn how Treat customer

I come to this hookah store regularly & tonight I was charged almost 40 for the same exact hookah pen that I frequent this store that’s normally around 25 dollars. I won’t be back!!!!! I wasn’t even aware how much I was charged at first until I looked at receipt before tossing it in my trash can

They overcharge terribly. Inconsistent prices. And the leafs are always dry and old. Customer service is lax. Mr.Smoke down the street is cheaper and better products

They do have good variety of products and i have been going here from the week they opened, but however today i had a very bad unwelcoming experience with the staff. My interacting with him today literally made me feel like what hell you here for , let me chill , i ain’t here to work.” that was his attitude. he was too busy playing with his phone and talking on the phone by ignoring my requests to see different flavors. I just didn’t have time to go to another shop that’s why i had to deal with his nasty attitude . I hope the management see this review and get it fixed , if not they gonna lose some loyal customers like myself.
