My son bought 2 vapes, one was 50% off. Nowhere did it state : Hit or miss.. might not work!! They are knowingly selling items that don’t work. My son buys from here often, came right back after realizing the vape was a dud, the girl with the blue hair was extremely rude and said I told your son No that they are hit or miss when on sale. I asked where is the sign saying this? She said it’s our rule. She was very nasty. I asked her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. She gave me the owners card, tried calling no answer. What they are doing is illegal. I’m also notifying the BBB as well as whoever regulates their license. For her sake I hope she’s legal. Bad business and very ignorant cashier.

Terrible selection, even worse customer service, doesn't accept defective merchandise that they've sold either, plenty of better stores in the area.

I've purchased kratom here on a few occasions. I've bought products with the seal broken that have been missing capsules (unknowingly because who does that). The last time I bought something here, the seal was broken and the bottle was filled with another brand! The bottle is branded "Enjoy's" while the capsules inside say "earth kratom". Tampering with products that customers ingest is dangerous. I wouldn't trust this shop, seems they're up to some shady business...

The specific item i buy is hard to find and this shop carries it. I have come on my way to work 3 times. Each time the place is locked up. The girl with the red/pink hair always strolls in late. The last time the place was lit up saying come in but doors were locked. The girl who works there strolls in 20 minutes after 9 with her McDonald's breakfast. I go in and she tells me to stand outside while she opens the register. She lost two sales while I waited. If you need to get in and out quickly know the store will open late and close early. This is not a place that honors the postal business hours. They have a good selection but service is not a priority.
