Up In Flamez

Just took my first trip to this store today and was very disappointed. I went in and, I guess it was the owner or the person running the store and they were helping someone. They knew I was there and just kept on talking. I’ve been in customer service forever and when it’s just you working and helping someone, if someone else comes in at least acknowledge them and say “I’ll be right with you” smh this is the second smoke shop that I was ignored at today and as a black woman in America this doesn’t feel good whether that’s the reason for the disrespect or not. SMH. Will never come here again and will let others know not to as well.

The guy behind the counter was very rude, impatient, and in a hurry. Acts like a know it all and it’s like he wants to hurry up and get you what you need and get you out of the store as soon as possible. There’s better smoke shops than this place here in Dundalk.

The owner was very rude. I felt like I was bothering him - interrupting his television show he was watching - will not spend my money there ever again. I don't see how they stay in business with such a rude sales person??

Overpriced . Seen someone younger than myself in that place and I’m 21.and they didn’t ask for id but the one time I forgot mine after going to the shop and buying MULTIPLE times he wants to say I have to wait outside. Place is not worth it and out of all the smoke shops around i definitely won’t be going to this one anymore . The attitude this tall skinny white man had was absolutely ridiculous. Out of all the times I’ve went to this shop the only person who was nice was the woman . paid over 20 bucks just for one little hitter piece . You have other shops around that are way cheaper . Dude acts like it’s a privilege for you to be able to shop at the place . Please for the love of the lord turn ya car around and go to a different place with a more nice respectful staff and better prices .

I've been going to this place for years. The staff is always super nice and helpful. They have a very wide range of just about anything you would need as a smoker. Somethings can be over priced, like smaller things you could find online but most things are well worth the money. I'm inlove with the piece that I got today!
