Very good customer service the lady that is always in there behind the counter is so nice and helpful and always just so pleasant and friendly. I was just in there today and she agin just makes going into the store very pleasant. I honestly hate shopping for anything but I auctally like going into this store because they are always so nice and helpful thank you agin I would give u guys 100 stars if I could!
This store used to be great, until that the new owners took over. They aren't even familiar with the products they sell and will lie and sell defective products. Only pay with your credit card so you can dispute charges, because they will lie about product compatibility, then not refund your money. You can find everything they have online for half the price anyway, but if you're ever desperate for supplies go to anyone but them. The big woman is especially ignorant & rude
This vape shop is so convenient! Its right around the corner from my house and the store employee, Ram, is so kind and makes the store visit so easy.
Brought a vape. Got in the car and it didn’t work. I went back in to let the guy know and he told me I should have checked before I walked out of the store. He then proceeded to blow into the vape and I said I’m definitely not taking after you blew your breath into it. So I left. Extremely unprofessional!!
Why on earth do they keep the juices behind the counter? Why don't they carry filters and pods for devices they sell? Why does the entrance look like you're about to step into a check cashing place? Those are enough reasons for me to steer clear of this place.
