Everyone who works here is always very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know something, they'll find someone who does. Everything is great quality. The overall vibe is always really cool and the place is always alive with both customers and staff interacting with each other. Definitely worth a trip if you aren't in Hagerstown already.

EVERYTIME I go into simple pleasures I am greeted so nice and polite everytime. Everytime I come in the employees take the time to give me what im looking for that week and when I pick a bowl out of the green tub they always take a few extra mins to give me a cute one even though I tell them (it doesn't matter just grab one).. best place in hagerstown and the BEST BEST BEST GUMMIES (YELLOW IS BEST) . HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOOD ATMOSPHERE GREAT VIBE AND PEOPLE. Just go there OKAY 😃 😊 😀 😄 😁

Never stepped foot in your store. All I know is that this place is LOVED by Steve and Rick! That is enough for me to leave a fantastic review. Here is a tip…….when one of life’s greatest Frontmen says it’s great……it’s GREAT. Don’t even need to sample….I already know you got a winner on your side. Last time I visited this head shop it was about 10 years ago. I like this location I like the layout of the store. I absolutely love the selection that they have especially on their quartz glass. They have some good brands in there which is nice to see. Both the staff members when I was there were fantastic. I will definitely be going back because I got some killer deals.
