Very bad store! Horrible customer service literally bought a lighter less than 6 hours ago used it 3 times then just a few minutes ago tried to use it again and now it doesn't even click paid 20$ for this lighter and they won't refund me very poor customer service you will find better prices , better customer service , and a better warranty at almost any other smoke shop in the area! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!

Meh my experience was far different than other reviewers. Visited once & never again. I walked in and the young fella eating behind the counter seemed inconvenienced, more so when I asked for a pk of ciggs and I had to guide him to the correct pack and he didn't know my left from my right. Perhaps invest in a numbered cigarette display like every other store instead of slapping opened cartons all across the back counter.If Me stopping into buy the products they sell is a burden, I'll stick to Wa Wa and Royal Farms. Everyone screams - support small & local, but small And local doesn't seem to need the support.

Very Nice Store,..Decided to give this place a try,there prices are pretty good. First time there bought some items,including a phenix star glycerin bowl,used it one time an the glass knob piece literally fell off first time using it..,I tried exchanging it the next day for a new one,but they wouldn't exchange it because I used it one time,..but the guy that works there did give a try to fix it,so I can Appreciate that. Otherwise there prices are good, it's a nice little store,very clean,an the worker seems nice enough too...

Chill employees, lots of stock and plenty to look at. Fair priced items also!! Very brightly lite easy to walk around and find what you need!
