i love the woman that work here , very helpful . BUT they told me they are open until 10pm on weekends , this is the 2nd time on Saturday nights i have been here at 9-915 and they are locked and closed ! Trying to grab a little something to help me get through a worknight ! Why are you closed ?

Don't waste your time or money, they charge almost triple the price for items in this store Vs other smoke shop in the area... charging $3.89 for $1.99 raw tips. Smfh. Taking advantage of the people in the community patronizing your business might not be the best idea. Customer sevice is also terrible. I'll never go back!

Just left!!! Muhammad was the best I previously left a different smoke shop earlier and bought some vape pens I cut my losses and decided to try out the tobacco house when I walked in he greeted me and let me browse and said if I needed any help he would be glad to offer assistance I told him thank you I do need help I’m looking for a Vape pen but the last pens that I bought somewhere didn’t work so how do I know which one to buy? He then proceeded to show me all the Vape pens and he said that he could even open it up and let me try it out just to make sure that it fit my Vape cartridge it did he was super friendly I ended up buying two

Worst experience I have ever had at any store and I am not one to complain because at my job surveys and reviews matter most! But The man at the front did not once look up from his phone to help us at all, even when he answered our first question he was still on his phone. He then told us a higher price than what was listed on the item we wanted to purchase and refused to go lower. The original price was still extremely high for what we wanted but we were in a rush but to try to upcharge us and completely rip us off is beyond me. He began to argue even further over the price and was overall very rude. I would never spend my money somewhere that purposely overcharges but doesn’t take proper precautions to ensure the costumer is properly taken care of.
