Tobacco Hut

This used to be my go to shop but I'm done shopping here. The shop had a "buy 7 get 1 free" promotional stamp cards, so I just went in to redeem the free stamp. The employee working currently informed me I had to complete an 8th purchase in order to get my free vape. When I pointed out that it I already had the number of transactions needed the employee told me that they were directions of the owner to force an 8th purchase before you can redeem "the free reward."

Not sure who’s the owner or if they even care but they change workers all the time and every person charges different prices. One day lighters are $2 ; 12 hours later there’s someone new telling you the lighters are $5 and they’ve been $5 literally gaslighting us! The man working there now is extremely rude, racist and clearly doesn’t know that he is Maryland! He said two times this is Virginia it’s this much cause it’s Virginia. I said nothing just turned around and walked out! We all work hard too hard for y’all to be playing around like this every day. And I will Leave a bad review every day. It’s not fair y’all come into our areas wanting us to spend our money in your stores but treat people like trash is crazy!

It's crazy here.... One day the price is $22.00. But next week it's $36.00. Then they have a new employee working every other day and they can't answer any questions. They sit there and watch their phone or computers. It was only a good shop for the first month.

Poor customer service the price always changes depending on who’s at the register. So one day you’re getting it for a very good price and then the next day they’ll try to kick it up to you because there’s a whole Nother person on the register. also smells like wet feet and bad wigs in there.

This place is awesome! Mainly bc of the girl working there at this very moment. She's beautiful. Had on a yellow dress and almost made me stutter when I told her what I wanted. Flawless customer service as well.
