I went to make a purchase at Smoke World. Joe was very helpful and made it easier for me to find what I need. Excellent customer service.

Me and my boyfriend went to this smoke shop to look for a new bong because ours broke .. we walked in 40 minutes before they said they closed online . We walked in and didn’t get greeted which is highly unusual for a smoke shop .Although we didn’t get greeted we still were very nice .. we asked the employee if he had any bongs . As we were browsing I could you not two minutes in he tells us to hurry up and tells my boyfriend “come on man “ because he’s about to “close” and I look at the time it’s 11:30 …?my boyfriend asks the employee”you guys close at twelve right? “ the clerk is like yes but I need to prepare for closing ? I asked the guy if he wanted us to leave and he smirked and nodded his head yes .So let me get this straight we walk in .. don’t get greeted and now ur kicking us out ? Do you even want our business? A smoke shop is supposed to be a place people find comfort especially after a long day ? Super unprofessional and quite frankly very rude .on top of that two of the bongs we wanted originally were on the shelf cracked . My boyfriend had to go back into the store and exchange for a non chipped bong .

Joe was very helpful in helping me find a new vape flavor. He was able to convey the difference in packaging, experience, & flavor with each vape. Very knowledgeable & friendly with a professional demeanor. Will be back with friends!
