I’ve been coming to this store every two weeks because it’s convenient and close to where I work. I don’t shop at any other store for these products, and up until recently the staff has always been very friendly. However, the last few visits have made me extremely uncomfortable. One employee asked for my number — I said no, and while he respected that in the moment, I noticed that the discounts I would normally receive suddenly stopped after that interaction (Just to be clear i dont need a discount or asked for it ever). On other visits, I’ve been stared at or flirted with, which is not something I expect or appreciate when I’m simply trying to make a purchase. Today’s experience was the worst. While I was trying to buy a product, the employee began talking to me about politics and why I moved away from my home country. I tried to keep my answers short and neutral, but he continued, telling me I should marry a white man, go back home, eat cleaner food, and stop smoking and go to chruch. This was completely inappropriate and deeply uncomfortable. I repeatedly tried to end the conversation politely and said I needed to go, but he kept talking. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, they recently got a new card machine, but it seems no one knows how to properly operate it. I’ve always paid with my phone without issues elsewhere, but this time it didn’t work. I had to leave, get my physical card, and come back. Even then, there was confusion about entering a PIN and options being skipped. I’m a paying customer. I come in to purchase a product — not to be flirted with, questioned about my personal life, or given unsolicited advice about my lifestyle. Unfortunately, after these repeated uncomfortable experiences.

Found this place a few weeks ago and they have been great. Huge selection, including harder to find products, prices are reasonable and staff has been super helpful with questions, recommendations, etc. They also have convenient hours. Highly recommended.
