I like that they’re one of the only vape shops in the immediate area, but like another reviewer also stated, I’ve arrived during the posted business hours and the doors have just been locked. No sign, nothing indicating they even opened that day. I’m more likely to utilize my time going a little further to somewhere I can trust will be open. Other than that I’ve never had any issue, staff is always pleasant and helpful

Usually pretty okay but I just showed up and they’re closed early. It’s frustrating when you go to run an errand and a place doesn’t stay open during their posted hours.

These people are crooks who overcharge for everything and have absolutely no respect for their customers. I have been going to this place for a while because it’s close but what a miserable experience it’s been. I had a defective product and they refused to take it back and I asked for a reasonable explanation for which I was told I should have opened the vape and tested it before I paid???!!! Who does that and it was less than 24 hours and I had a receipt. Don’t waste your time with this horrible business

I’ve never have felt more welcome and Vape store until I came here. Raj is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met in a vape store, wanting to educate me on every type of a product and didn’t try to sell me anything specific was just giving me education so this store if I could give it a 10 I would guess it certainly deserves it. I sure anybody out there. They will truly be happy and continue doing business with the store because they just make you feel like family.

I liked the customer service. Osman was really knowledgeable and he recommend the voopoo drag 4 and I couldn’t me more happier with my purchase
