I’ve been coming here since I moved to this area in August. When I first came I got an onyx brand disposable vape, I believe it cost me $35 and my bf got the onyx 2 and it was about the same price. Fast forward maybe a month later it stopped working. I was irritated but then decided to switch brands and get the voopoo. That one gave me no issues, except they never have the pods for it! So they checked all the stores in the area and still no pods. I even checked for pods for my geekvape which I’ve had for years bought from Vape jungle, another retailer that actually cares about their customers, no pods for that either! I’m tryna cut back on smoking so I needed something. After talking to the cashier we thought maybe it was a one off, so because they always have coils for the onyx I decided to try that one again. LESS THAN 2 WEEKS LATER THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED. I go back and just double check the pods for the voopoo because I still have that one, and of course no pods. I had the cashier call mngmnt and they said they’d give me a measly 10% off. I’ve spent about $250 with them over these last 4 months and expected to be a long term customer. Although there aren’t supposed to be return exchanges etc… 10% is crazy, knowing that ive just wasted $70 with your store! I’m a business owner as well but when I notice that there’s inconvenience being caused to my customers, due to my brand or my services, I override policy and make the customer as whole as possible! With 12 locations you mean to tell me the best you can do for this is 10%! I won’t be spending anymore money here and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I come in contact with as well. Sucks I spoke so highly of their shop before.

Scammed prerolls- better off going to other dispensaries that care about the quality and not money hungry. Lots of loose weed in the jar.

In the same trip, this place sold me juice that was so old it literally made me puke (with the expiration in ‘22 covered by the price tag) and a pack of totally bootleg vaporesso pods. Took the pods to a different shop, where they scanned them and pointed out other details showing they were fake. Avoid this place if you don’t like puking and possibly dangerous ripoff products.
