went in today to get a new nic, very much a customer with a number and ended up getting one but when i told the guy the flavoring was off BEFORE leaving the store as they want you to try it before leaving as once you leave they can’t do anything about it, so i told him the flavoring is bad can we switch it and he ends up calling someone on the phone he then says we can’t do anything about it if it was burnt or leaking then they could, if i’m saying the flavoring is bad don’t you think that means the flavoring is burnt, either way what’s the point of trying it in the store if you can’t exchange it for something better? didn’t even want a refund but a different nic. Not every customer will leave satisfied i guess.

Terrible quality- scammed- lots of loose weed. Not worth $$ better off going to legit spots that offered better real quality,deals and service.

Came into Smoke Island and was welcomed and greeted by two amazing employees who gave me the best experience since it was my first time in. Purchased a bong special crafted and wanted to come back for the other one. As I arrived home to take it out the bubble rapping I immediately notice that the bong was broken at an even angel and contacted the store to speak with a Manger or Supervisor. In all honesty I’m not blaming the employee nor and I blaming myself because as you can see the specific area was crafted with very then layer of glass and would have been easy to break on its own due to how thin it is. Now a store own or Manager would understood the situation and would have made a accommodation for me to be able to receive a form of store credit or even exchange of equal value, especially after the cost I paid for the bong. Not only did they not allow that, they made it seem as if I was the one who broke it. As you can see there aren’t multiple pieces for a person to break this. The only offer the gave me was 20% off my next purchase… which to me isn’t of equal fairness at all. When I got to the store to show them the item I was helped by two other employees who made my experience go completely down here. I wasn’t being helped in a proper way, I was treated as if I was slow or uneducated, and being kept standing and waiting while the gentleman kept walking away assisting other guest. The store is an amazing store don’t get me wrong. But as far as Management and Policies there should have been earn back to me in return vs given to the store.

Great hole in the wall shop. Peeps are chill and a patient with everyone. Had a hard time finding suppliers with Mr. Fog, but they carry them. Only downside is that they're supply has been running short. I'm guessing it's due to COVID. Also parking sucks, but worth it in my opinion if you want fair prices and a good selection with decent customer service.

Ive been shopping here for years. They always are upgrading and evolving. Mostly any tobacco product or vaporizer etc. is here for a reasonable price. Papers, Backwoods, Leafs, Funnel/Fronto, Lighters, Bowls/Bongs, Cbd, memorabilia, and they even have snacks. The staff has knowledge on whats being sold so they can give input or theyll know what your talking about. This place will take care of your smoking needs in a jiffy and theyll be ready to see you the next time.
