Sunny Daze Smoke Shop

I have experienced both Sunny Daze locations (Sykesville and Westminster). Both stores have amazing customer service. The employees are very well educated on the products they sell. They have an amazing inventory, always stocked! Both locations are extremely clean. I highly recommend both locations; you will not be disappointed! Great job Sunny Daze team!

I’m a regular at the Westminster store and always have a great experience there. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently helpful—especially when it comes to recommending vape juice based on flavor preferences. Edit#1: we came around 10:45am On Tuesday December 23rd. So the Day I made the review. It looked like only one person was there. We didn't really get a name or read a name quick enough. But I recall the employee wearing a Green shirt. But it definitely was during the Opening of the store. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Sykesville location was disappointing. The employee who was working that day was not helpful, offered no recommendations, and seemed disengaged. The overall experience felt rushed and unwelcoming, which was very different from what I’m used to at Westminster. I highly recommend the Westminster store and will continue to go there. However, based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend the Sykesville location if the same employee is working. I hope this location improves its customer service to match the standard set by the Westminster store.

Nemo and Alex were super knowledge and were able to help us find exactly what we needed. Not only did they give us the attention we needed because we had a bunch of questions but they didn’t try and up sell us on anything. Highly recommend if you’re in the Sykesville area. We will be back again!

So left for a show on the 13th, came in to my favorite shop purchased around a healthy 260 worth of goods right. Snatched up some pretty glass and went home, unfortunately one nectar collector cracked somehow on the way home I come back a week later and guess what, without hesitation they took care of me. you guys have to come to this store nothing but good vibes, price and freaking awesome people.
