Update 11/08/2024 I went in for another visit. And I was educated about Kratom by Lou the Great! Kratom is made from a natural derived plant that may help with, nausea, pain, anxiety and etc. No thc are in these products. If you don't want to try thc or cbd, or just something new that you can calm your nerves to, this may be a good option. (Check pics for Kratom strain details) Also, any anime fans out there??? Because they've got some very cool anime pictures and decals at an awesome price. There are also some cool pictures of different artist at good prices. (Check pictures and videos for what may still be in stock. Hurry fast! Because I'm turning everybody I know in the area on to the deals and prices they have on these collections.) And I promise you that One Punch Man is mine! 😅 I fell in love with the book bags and carry bags they have as well. (Check pictures) Overall: Customer service is always AMAZING. I have walked into that store on many occasions trying to find something for myself as a cancer patient. Lou and Carlos are educated about their products. They are very honest. If they don't think it's a right fit for how you want to feel or what you're looking to feel, they will educate you. You should also do your own research as well. They are so kind and genuine. Haven't steered me wrong, yet. And when you go in, know that they take their time to answer all of your questions, so please be patient as they make sure to deal with customers in a timely manner. It's a personable experience that ALL of us consumers love when we make a purchase. It's not seen mostly anywhere else. They get a 10/10 on customer service. Period. THE DOOR: This is a simple process.(There's a note right next to the buzzard if you READ it) Just ring the bell, they will buzz you in. I, as once a multi store leader who have run many business through out the DMV, understand the product that is within this store and most importantly the lives of those who work there and also, as customers, we shop there. They are protecting not only the products, but themselves and us as customers. I have nothing but genuine love and respect that they even took this step in their business. Please be mindful. They're not locking anyone out, pay attention to the door. I stood and watched a customer upset because she would not pull the door whenever he buzzed her in. She assumed he did it on purpose. I was there. He even signaled for her to ring the bell again. Please be mindful that this is in the best interest of the human's who work there and shop there. And be respectful. They are genuinely good people, and do a great service to the community by just being there and offering a personable experience. Huge shout out to CARLOS! He has been one of the kindest souls I've ever encountered. He's so knowledgeable and has great and truthful suggestions. Shout out to Lou, one of the owners. His staff has always displayed integrity and exemplary training from him and it shows. . They always make my shopping experience much more of a breeze. They are very knowledgeable about their products. Everytime I come in. There is a recommendation that they know I'd love. And I fold eveytime. Lol. But they know what I usually get, and make sure I always know the new items coming in. Thank you guys for such an amazing and personable experience.
