The charcoal is no good and can't be exchanged, nor can you get a refund. I've purchased twice... just to make sure it wasn't just a bad batch the 1st buy. Not friendly service... most times I've been. The cashier is on the phone and won't get off to service customers. Too often, I’ve had to say, "Let me know when you're ready. "

The guy name Tanim was very helpful. I come in here every single day always have a smile on his face a real good guy always helpful.

Bought 3 elfbar vapes here in the last 3 weeks. All fake or broken. They smoke for all of 5 mins.. and then, it's the burnt taste, no smoke. I would not buy ELFBARS here.

i saw a good amount of glassware in the window and it got my attention instantly. i went inside and he had many different pieces to little glass pipes to big glass pipes. they have many water pipes that really mesmerized me, they were beautiful and were all at decent prices. the customer service was good and the guy was very nice
