So I have to come on here and say u just went to this smoke shop looking for a new Smok Vape. Not only was the selection bland to say the very least! Nothing great or exciting to purchase , when I was in there not one customer was in the store, the owner, I assume, was very very rude! I was asking him questions about some merch in there case as I was curious, and the way he spoke to me was very insulting and he even said something to the affect you don’t even know what this is! Yes sir your correct I don’t know that’s why I’m Asking. How about you as the owner show me as the customer respect and do your job and talk to me plight and explain what it is to me? But I guess that’s asking too much. I will not be giving him any business for his disrespectful behavior twords me.Not very good salesmanship.I will never step foot in this shop again because of him!

I always use Beverly Smoke Shop , and the sales people are very nice . There is a sales man whose name is Rocky ? I think , anyway he is very polite and respectful and will take the time to help you . He also is interested in how you are doing in general.

The owner of the shop Rocky is seriously the bees knees. So friendly and welcoming, we’ve become instant friends. He has a wide variety of everything a smoke shop should have. From every kind of vape imaginable, bongs, pipes, tobacco products, ashtrays, incense and so much more! This place has it all. He even went out of his way to start carrying my boyfriend’s brand of smokes since he didn’t carry them prior. Lowest prices for a pack of cigarettes you’ll find in Massachusetts.
