Bought a product Friday (stupidly added a tip while checking out, because I had a good experience), it broke Saturday, it’s now Sunday and they won’t accept the return or expect me to buy a replacement piece for something that wasn’t even used more than once. I don’t recommend buying anything that can be used more than once because they’ll keep your money

Decent little shop. Big glassware selection, and they do sell e juice. The clerk had no idea about how the vapes tasted, so I randomly guessed. Tobacco flavors are not very well described vs. Regular flavored juice which is illegal in ma.

Great local spot for all your smoking needs--they even have snacks! This was the first smoke shop that I've been to where I didn't feel like I was bothering them by coming in. The guy was super helpful and nice, and knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn't. Seriously, this was the best experience at a smoke shop I've ever had. I'll be back soon!

I spent $180 and nothing works I've already had to cash in the warranty on The Kind Pen V3 the butane torch doesn't work even though I bought the butane that's made for it if you're buying anything more than a Zippo I would not recommend this place. No returns- once they have your money the kindness and customer service disappear.
