I want to give a massive shout-out to the employee who usually works the front counter I wish I knew his name! Honestly, the service here is great, but he is the real reason I keep coming back to King Smoke Shop . Every single time I walk in, he's got a genuine, welcoming smile on his face, which makes such a difference. ❤️ Smoke shops can sometimes feel intimidating or transactional, but he makes every customer feel completely comfortable, whether they know exactly what they want or need help deciding. He is patient, kind, and just radiates good energy. It's truly a pleasure interacting with him; he just seems like a genuinely wonderful human being. Give that man a raise! He's a gem and an absolute asset to this place.

The male that was working there when I walked in was disgusting. First of all, the entire store REEKED of Indian food. He burped out loud and blew it in my face right when I was walking in front of him. He kept trying to sell me stuff I wasn’t asking for at all, just kept completely ignoring what I was looking for. And then when I refused to answer his invasive questions about my race and where I worked, he mumbled like a creep when I started walking away. What a horrible experience.

The customer service and product selection is remarkable! The staff is so helpful and kind, specifically Angel, who I always have the most positive encounters with! 10/10 recommend

Customer service and the experience of getting educated properly on every single product assures you when walking out after purchases that you are confident that you were given the necessary needs as every person is different. I recommend at least 2 locations I regularly go and know each others names on a first name basis. That shows how much they care about customer traffic and retention.

Awesome customer service,very helpful and friendly.I went in there not knowing too much about vaporizing and I left with a good amount of knowledge. I will definitely be going there for all my vaping needs. They also have a good variety of water pipes and anything else tobacco related.
