You can't call yourself a smoke shop if you don't sell smoke. No flower

So I went Blue Moon smoke shop which is very amazing reasonably priced and the cashier Kevin was an amazing man he was very friendly he did ask me for an ID which is a good thing because in the state of Massachusetts ID everyone despite of age,race or sexual orientation this man is doing his job and doing it properly.. and he has never ever been rude when he asked for an ID he is very polite and pleasant be around, I congratulate and give him props for that.. he has always been friendly and courteous and understanding.. if I've ever had a question he has the right answers and he can accommodate anything I need.. That being said..Kevin is a remarkable employee and I believe he should get a raise.. I have never had a problem with anyone at the Blue Moon smoke shop they have always been courteous and pleasant to be around I do enjoy shopping there when I do go in.. P.s I am a local and I've been living here for 15 years and I've been shopping at this blue moon since it has opened.. never not once have I ever had a problem with anyone there..

Wow, that was actually the worst level of customer service I have ever seen. I walked in the store. Said my hellos. And started to browse the glass displays looking for something very specific. I wasn’t sure of the name. Instead of allowing me time to browse, the clerk is being obnoxious. When I attempted to describe the item in question, he barely took any time to consider what I described or offer options and said that they didn’t sell it. Since I know that most smoke shops do, I continued my browsing and found it myself. Jeez, rushing the customers isn’t gonna make your work day go by faster.
